针对带有逻辑选择关系的单边装配线平衡问题,考虑到优先关系图的局限性,提出采用If-then规则语言替代优先关系图作为建模工具。通过If-then规则语言和AND/OR图描述任务间的约束条件,分别建立约束规划模型和整数规划模型,并运用组合优化软件ILOG分别进行求解。经典算例求解结果表明,采用If-then规则建立约束规划模型求解单边装配线平衡问题,能更好地实现装配线平衡、提高生产效率,且约束规划模型相对整数规划模型规模更小、求解速度更快。
Aiming at the problem of unilateral assembly line with a logic selection relationship, taking into account the limitations of the priority relationship diagram, it is proposed to use the If-then rule language instead of the priority relation diagram as a modeling tool. The constraints between tasks are described by If-then rule language and AND / OR graph, respectively. Constraint planning model and integer programming model are established respectively and solved by ILOG. The results of the classical example show that the constrained programming model can be used to solve the problem of unilateral assembly line balance by using If-then rules to balance the assembly line and improve the production efficiency. Moreover, the constrained programming model is smaller than the integer programming model and the solution speed is more fast.
