目的 :探讨脑深静脉系统血栓的 MRI特征。方法 :回顾性分析经 MRI检查及临床治疗的9例脑深静脉系统血栓的 MRI资料。观察脑内及 Galen静脉内有无异常信号、脑室大小的改变。结果 :8例双侧丘脑—基底节区见对称性异常信号 ,其中 2例 Galen静脉及直窦内有高信号影 ,4例脑干见类圆形异常信号 ;1例右侧基底节区异常信号 ;2例脑室轻度增大 ;3例脑室变小 ,双侧脑室旁见大片状水肿。结论 :MRI是检出脑深静脉系统血栓敏感而又无损伤的检查方法 ,为临床及时诊治提供可靠影像学依据。
Objective: To investigate the MRI features of deep venous thrombosis in the brain. Methods: MRI data of 9 cases of cerebral deep venous thrombosis after MRI examination and clinical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Observed brain and Galen vein with or without abnormal signals, ventricular size changes. Results: Eight cases of bilateral thalamus - basal ganglia showed symmetrical abnormal signals, including 2 cases of Galen veins and straight sinus hyperintense signal, 4 cases of brain stem showed abnormal signals; 1 case of right basal ganglia abnormalities Signal; slight ventricular enlargement in 2 cases; smaller ventricular in 3 cases and large edema in bilateral ventricle. Conclusion: MRI is a sensitive and non-invasive method to detect cerebral thrombosis in the deep venous system, providing a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
