以小鼠热板法测定不同剂量、不同时程的痛阈。实验表明：小活络丸用药剂量在２０～１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ之间，具有良好的镇痛作用。借助于药物量─效关系，用时程一痛阈值推算出各时相的体存药量。经药物动力学研究，得到小活络丸镇痛药效成分的吸收、消除半衰期分别为１．２８ｈ、２．１４ｈ和１３．１６ｈ。可使药效得到参数控制，此法适用于成分复杂或成分未明的中成药制剂。
The mouse hot plate method was used to determine the pain threshold at different doses and different time courses. Experiments show that: Xiao Huo Luo Wan with a dose of 20 ~ 100mg/kg, has a good analgesic effect. With the aid of the dose-effect relationship, the time-use-pain threshold value was used to calculate the amount of drug stored in each phase. According to pharmacokinetic studies, the absorption and elimination half-life of the effective components of Xiao Huo Luo Wan analgesic were 1.28 h, 2.14 h, and 13.16 h, respectively. The efficacy can be controlled by parameters. This method is applicable to proprietary Chinese medicine preparations with complex ingredients or unknown ingredients.
