本文采用高效液相色谱法 ,在C18不锈钢柱 ( 2 50× 4 .6mm)柱上 ,烟碱、苦参碱分别以甲醇∶0 1mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液 =55∶4 5和甲醇∶水∶三乙胺 =50∶50∶0 .2为流动相 ,测定样品中烟碱和苦参碱的含量 ,并对该方法的精密度和准确度进行验证。实验测得 :烟碱的变异系数为 0 .7% ,线性相关系数为 0 9998,苦参碱的变异系数为 0 .4 % ,线性相关系数为 0 .9992。该方法具有快速、准确、重复性好的特点。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a C18 stainless steel column (2 50 × 4.6mm) column. Nicotine and matrine were respectively mixed with methanol: 0.1mol / L phosphoric acid buffer solution and methanol: Triethylamine = 50:50:0.2 as mobile phase, the content of nicotine and matrine in the sample was determined, and the precision and accuracy of the method were verified. The experimental results showed that the coefficient of variation of nicotine was 0.7%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0 9998, the coefficient of variation of matrine was 0.4%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9992. The method is fast, accurate and repeatable.
