在我国社会和经济不断发展的条件下,建筑工程建设事业也得到了进一步的发展,城市中的建筑工程项目越来越多。在工程施工过程中,非常重要的一项工作就是管理工作,其可以给工程项目的顺利开展带来一定的保障。而项目物质采购管理属于工程管理工作中的一个重要部分,物资采购管理质量会对工程建设成本以及建设质量产生直接的影响,所以,采取高效的手段来管理项目物资采购是非常有必要的。本文主要对建筑施工项目物资采购信息化管理进行研究,提出笔者的思考和建议,仅供参考。
Under the continuous development of our society and economy, the cause of building construction has also been further developed. There are more and more construction projects in cities. In the process of project construction, a very important task is management, which can bring certain protection to the smooth progress of the project. Project material procurement management is an important part of project management. The quality of material procurement management will have a direct impact on project construction cost and construction quality. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to manage procurement of project materials. This article mainly studies the information management of construction materials procurement, puts forward my thoughts and suggestions for reference purposes only.
