从煤炭供应紧张到连续三年出现的大面积拉闸限电,再到广东地区的局部油荒及成品油价格的持续高企,地大物博的资源大国正遭遇前所未有的能源压力。突如其来的能源压力,引发了科技界及整个社会对能源问题的持续关注和讨论。“节约型社会”建设、能源规划调整、替代能源开发等话题被不断提及并日益深入人心。专家指出,应对能源危机,是一项系统工程,需要相关文化、制度、技术的整体互动。大力推广节约、节能意识,普及节能文化,建设节约型社会是应对能源危机的基础,调整能源规划,制定科学、合理的能源产业政策是应对能源危机的关键,而加强新能源技术开发和成果转化,提供多样化的替代能源,则是应对能源危机的核心所在。因此,如何以此为契机,推动新能源技术开发及其成果转化,寻找更经济、环保、丰富的替代能源,实现我国能源结构的多样化、科学化、合理化,是当前能源建设的重要课题。
