在悬臂梁弯曲振动模式下,使用磁激发振动杆、静电感应接收、直接放大讯号的方法,测量了薄至59μm非晶态磁性合金薄带的杨氏模量,以及18μm非晶态恒弹性合金薄带室温至正100℃频率温度系数。真空度可达2.6×10~(-3)Pa。温度范围为室温至正200℃。条件试验表明,共振频率随激发电压、直流偏压的增加而减小,随试样有效长度的减小而降低,从而使杨氏模量降低。
