目的:比较不同提取方法制备的温肺化纤汤提取物中总黄酮、总多酚、总皂苷和总多糖的含量,确定温肺化纤汤的最佳提取方法。方法:分别采用水提取法和不同条件乙醇回流提取法制备温肺化纤汤的提取物,以紫外分光光度法测定温肺化纤汤中总皂苷、总多酚、总黄酮和总多糖的含量。结果:60%乙醇提取方法为最佳提取方法,不但得率高,而且总皂苷、总多酚、总黄酮和总多糖等大类成分的提取率也是最高的。结论:温肺化纤汤以60%乙醇提取方法为宜。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the contents of total flavonoids, total polyphenols, total saponins and total polysaccharides in extracts of Wenfei Huaxian Decoction prepared by different extraction methods and to determine the best extraction method of Wenfei Huaxian Decoction. Methods: The extracts of Wenfei Huaxian Tang were prepared by water extraction and ethanol reflux extraction respectively. The contents of total saponin, total polyphenols, total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in Wenfei Huaxi Decoction were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The extraction method of 60% ethanol was the best extraction method, and the extraction rate was not only high, but also the total saponins, total polyphenols, total flavonoids and total polysaccharides were the highest. Conclusion: Wenfei Huaxian Decoction with 60% ethanol extraction method is appropriate.
