在话剧艺术如何适应时代要求、争取更多的观众的讨论声中,假定性成了人们注目的一个话题。因为这个问题涉及的范围广泛,性质也颇为重要,所以我也来插嘴议论几句。假定性是艺术的共同属性,并非戏剧艺术所独有。这是由艺术是生活的反映这一根本性质决定的。不通过假定性手段表现生活的艺术是不存在的。自然,不同的艺术样式在运用假定性上都有它自己的独特形式和特点。因此我认为我们讨论戏剧的假定性,应当以这样一些问题为着眼点,即探讨戏剧艺术,以及戏剧艺术中不同的剧种(歌剧、话剧、舞剧、戏曲等等)
Hypothesis has become a topic that people pay attention to how the drama art meets the demands of the times and strives for more audience discussion. Because this issue involves a wide range of nature is quite important, so I also interrupted to talk a few words. Hypothesis is the common attribute of art and not unique to drama art. This is determined by the fundamental fact that art is a reflection of life. The art of living without presumptuous means does not exist. Naturally, different artistic styles have their own unique forms and characteristics in the application of presumption.
