在铁磁性材料的结构构件中,残余应力和工作应力是重要的参数,为了判定在役铁磁性材料构件的实际受力情况,验证设计计算结果的正确性及可靠度,对结构构件尤其是一些重要的结构构件实施应力检测就显得极为重要。通过磁记忆检测方法检测钢棒拉伸前后、拉伸卸下前后和拉伸过程中的磁记忆分布变化,对产生的磁记忆现象的特点进行了分析,分析了应力集中情况的变化趋势,以及对磁记忆信号检测的影响因素,为工件磁记忆信号的正确评价提供依据。
In the ferromagnetic structural members, the residual stress and the working stress are important parameters. In order to determine the actual force of the ferromagnetic material members in service and verify the correctness and reliability of the design calculation results, especially for the structural members It is very important to carry out the stress testing of the important structural components. The changes of magnetic memory distribution before and after tensile elongation and unloading and before and after tensile testing were detected by magnetic memory testing method. The characteristics of magnetic memory phenomenon were analyzed. The trend of stress concentration was analyzed. The factors that affect the magnetic memory signal detection provide the basis for the correct evaluation of the magnetic memory signal of the workpiece.
