怀孕和分娩,是造成盆底肌损伤很重要的原因之一。十月怀胎,随着胎儿逐渐长大,作用在盆底肌肉上的力量也随之增大,盆底肌肉弹性极限受到挑战;分娩时,盆底肌肉又进一步受到胎儿的挤压和撕扯,如果怀孕期间体重增加过多,胎儿巨大、分娩时出现难产,更易造成盆底肌受损。因此,产后盆底肌的恢复是重中之重,做好盆底肌练习,坚持训练,受损的盆底肌功能一旦恢复,将终生受益。
