为了降低离心泵故障率,减少维护成本,全面梳理了国内外离心泵运行管理标准。从离心泵设计安装、运行管理和维护修理3个方面,深入研究了国内外离心泵技术标准的差异。系统阐述了俄罗斯标准、美国标准和ISO标准的先进性,包括泵与出入口管道的连接要求、泵房通风系统控制逻辑关系、泵基础下陷情况监测、泵紧急停车的情形、泵检测维修周期以及泵轴承箱和泵轴的振动幅度和速度限制等。建议借鉴国外相关标准的先进理念,加强标准制修订工作,以提高我国离心泵的运行管理标准水平。(表7,参6)
In order to reduce the failure rate of centrifugal pumps, reduce maintenance costs, a comprehensive review of the centrifugal pump operation and management standards at home and abroad. Centrifugal pump design and installation, operation and maintenance and repair of three aspects, in-depth study of centrifugal pump technical standards at home and abroad differences. It systematically expounds the advancedness of Russian standards, American standards and ISO standards, including the connection requirements of pumps with inlet and outlet pipes, the control logic of pump room ventilation system, the monitoring of pump foundation sag, the emergency stop of pumps, the cycle of pump inspection and maintenance, Bearing box and pump shaft vibration amplitude and speed limit. It is suggested that we draw lessons from the advanced concepts of relevant foreign standards and strengthen the standard system revision work so as to raise the standard of operation and management of centrifugal pumps in our country.
