高校学生体育协会属于高校社团组织,对高校的群众体育活动和体育竞赛的开展起到重要的作用;对学生的自我管理意识的培养、道德品质和个性的发展形成一个平台;高校学生体育协会的制度管理和组织文化的建设是一个被长期忽视的问题。笔者通过对高校体育社团——跆拳道组织文化的分析,认为科学、完善的课外体育制度管理是高校学生体育协会健康发展的保证;富有创新的、特色的组织文化使其持久、具有吸引力,并对高校体育协会的组织文化建设提出参考性意见。
College Student Sports Association belongs to the college community organizations, plays an important role in the development of mass sports activities and sports competitions in colleges and universities; forms a platform for the students’self-management awareness, moral character and personality development; Institutional management and organizational culture is a long-neglected issue. Based on the analysis of Taekwondo organization culture, the author thinks that scientific and perfect management of extracurricular sports system is the guarantee of the healthy development of college student sports association. The innovative and characteristic organizational culture makes it lasting and attractive Propose Opinion Opinion on the Organizational Culture Construction of College Sports Association.
