今年11月25日.深圳市出台《关于加强党政正职监督的暂行规定》和《党政领导干部问责暂行规定》(以下简称“两规”),以规范对各级领导干部用权、用钱、用人的监督为重点,最大限度地减少以权谋私、权钱交易的制度漏洞,在推进防腐倡廉建设方面再开多项国内先河。其中,一条这样的规定尤其吸引大众的注意力:“配偶和子女非因工作需要在国(境)外定居或者加入外国国籍、取得永久居留权的‘裸体官员’,不得担任党政‘一把手’和重要部门的班子成员。”
