研究了焊接电流对ＳＴ４４钢压平缝焊接头组织和强度的影响，发现未熔合缺陷是成接头强度低的主要原因，提高焊接电流可以减小未熔合缺陷的尺寸，提高接头的强度。
The effect of welding current on the microstructure and strength of ST44 steel flat seam welded joint was studied. It was found that the unmelted defect was the main reason for the low strength of the joint. Increasing the welding current could reduce the size of unmelted defects and increase the strength of joint.
