气动调节仪表的能源是压缩空气,传递时间较慢。在气动调节仪表技术条件中规定:输出端连接60m管道(内径φ6mm),传递时间不大于6S。如果超过这个时间,则调节器有故障,必需加以排除。传递时间慢的原因,除了输出管道上有节流和漏气外,问题大多出现于气动放大器上。国产基地式气动调节器的放大器基本上有两种形式,一种是阀杆式(图1),一种是活塞式(图2),都是耗气式的。我们在使用现场曾对济南仪表厂、兰州炼油厂仪表厂和日本EREA仪表厂的气动放大器做过传递时间试验(表1),结果是日本表的传递时间较快,而济南仪表厂的仪表传递时间较慢。

If this time is exceeded, the regulator is defective and must be eliminated. The reasons for the slow delivery time, in addition to throttling and leakage on the output pipe, the problem most appear in the pneumatic amplifier. Domestically produced base-type pneumatic actuator amplifier basically has two forms, one is the stem (Figure 1), one is the piston (Figure 2), are gas-consuming. We have used the scene on the instrument factory in Jinan, Lanzhou Refinery Factory and Japan EREA Factory Pneumatic Amplifier made a passing test (Table 1), the result is the Japanese table delivery time is faster, and the instrument of Jinan Instrument Factory transfer Time is slow.
