目的对比分析无痛人工流产术与药物流产的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院门诊2011年6月-2013年6月需要终止早期妊娠妇女218例,将所有孕妇分为观察组(无痛人流组)与对照组(药物流产组)各109例,观察两组的流产效果、术中与术后各项指标及不良反应,并做对比性分析。结果与对照组的孕妇相比,观察组孕妇手术时间短,出血量少,术后阴道流血时间与腹痛时间明显较短。此外,观察组的手术成功率明显高于对照组,各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义。结论在人工终止早期妊娠方面,无痛人工流产手术具有手术时间短、成功率高、安全性高、出血量少、阴道流血时间与腹痛时间短的特点,因此具有较好的临床推广意义。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of painless induced abortion and medical abortion. Methods Retrospective analysis of the outpatient clinic in June 2011 -2013 in June need to terminate 218 cases of early pregnancy women, all pregnant women were divided into observation group (painless flow group) and control group (medical abortion group) of 109 cases each observed The two groups of abortion effects, intraoperative and postoperative indicators and adverse reactions, and make a comparative analysis. Results Compared with the pregnant women in the control group, the pregnant women in the observation group had shorter operation time, less bleeding, shorter postoperative vaginal bleeding time and abdominal pain time. In addition, the success rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the indicators were statistically significant differences. Conclusion In the artificial termination of early pregnancy, painless abortion has the characteristics of short operation time, high success rate, high safety, less bleeding, vaginal bleeding time and abdominal pain, so it has good clinical significance.
