目的 :探讨以 HPL C法对淡豆豉中异黄酮的定量分析。 方法 :采用 HPL C法 ,YWGC1 8柱 ,以甲醇∶水∶乙酸( 10∶ 10∶ 1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 0 nm ,测定淡豆豉中染料木素、大豆黄素含量。 结果 :淡豆豉中游离染料木素含量为( 2 30 .6 4± 9.14)μg/ g、大豆黄素含量为 ( 2 6 4.2 6± 4.2 2 )μg/ g;用盐酸水解处理后样品中染料木素总含量为 ( 2 76 .0 0± 7.81)μg/ g,大豆黄素总含量为 ( 2 87.6 5± 5 .70 ) μg/ g。 结论 :用 HPL C法测定淡豆豉中异黄酮类成分含量 ,建立的方法准确、简便 ,可用于控制和评价淡豆豉的品质。
Objective: To investigate the quantitative analysis of isoflavones in SSP by HPL C method. METHODS: The contents of genistein and daidzein were determined by HPL C method and YWGC18 column with methanol:water:acetic acid (10:10:1) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 260 nm. RESULTS: The free genistein content was (2 304.64 ± 9.14) μg / g, the content of daidzein was (266.2 6 ± 4.22) μg / g in the light bean pods; The total lignin content was (2 76. 0 ± 7.81) μg / g and the total daidzein content was (2 87.6 5 ± 5.70) μg / g. Conclusion : HPL C method was used to determine the content of isoflavones in SSP and the established method was accurate and simple. It can be used to control and evaluate the quality of SSP.
