流行病学及临床研究发现,白细胞与脑血管病的发生和预后有关,白细胞增高是脑梗死的先兆之一。笔者通过对缺血性脑卒中患者外周血白细胞数目检测及其与神经功能恢复关系的分析,以探讨白细胞在缺血性脑卒中的临床意义。
Epidemiological and clinical studies have found that leukocytes and the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease and prognosis, leukocytosis is one of the precursors of cerebral infarction. The author through the detection of peripheral blood leukocytes in patients with ischemic stroke and its relationship with the recovery of neurological function to explore the clinical significance of leukocyte in ischemic stroke.
