随着石油钻探工业的发展,泥浆振动筛设计和使用中的若干问題,如筛网、轴承等零部件的寿命、高粘度泥浆的处理能力和筛箱结构强度的合理性等等,已越来越突出。当前国内外有关泥浆振动筛的动力特性研究多建立在理论分析的基础上。本文介绍了利用现有的通用仪器、设备,对振动筛的动力特性参数,如筛箱固有频率、阻尼系数、固有振型、动刚度、动质量、筛箱上点的运动轨迹及泥浆参振质量等,进行实验测试的方法,并指出了泥浆筛设计制造中应当注意的有关问题。
