根据锡青铜的准平衡状态和非平衡状态组织的特点,探讨了固溶化热处理过程中组织的变化及其对抗胶合、抗磨损性能的影响。得出,固溶于α相内的锡,对抗胶合、抗磨损性能的作用有一饱和值—6%左右。通过固溶化热处理可将锡青铜的合锡量由10%降至6%而仍保持有相当的抗胶合及抗磨损性能。
According to the characteristics of the bronze quasi - equilibrium and non - equilibrium microstructure of tin bronze, the change of microstructure and its influence on the anti - gluing and anti - wear properties during solution heat treatment were discussed. It is concluded that the solid solution of tin in the alpha phase has a saturation value of about -6% for the purpose of resistance to gluing and abrasion resistance. The tin-bronze content can be reduced from 10% to 6% by solution heat treatment while still maintaining comparable grit and abrasion resistance.
