分析了长春市绿园、宽城、朝阳、净月、二道等蔬菜种植区不同使用年限的日光温室土壤的微生物区系时空变化情况。结果表明,绿园、宽城、净月区种植10~15年的日光温室细菌、真菌和放线菌数量呈上升趋势,随着种植年限的延长有所下降;朝阳和二道区的真菌数量表现为先降后升;绿园区土壤放线菌数量随着种植年限的延长有缓慢减少的趋势。各区微生物区系比较,宽城区的细菌和放线菌数量最高,真菌数量居中;绿园区的细菌、真菌和放线菌数量均较低;朝阳区的真菌数量最高,细菌和放线菌居中;净月和二道区的细菌、真菌和放线菌数量介于其它区域之间。各个区域空间变化随着土壤层次的加深细菌和放线菌数量呈明显减少的趋势,真菌数量减少不明显。
The spatial and temporal changes of microbial flora in sunlight greenhouse soil with different service life of vegetable garden in Changchun Lvyuan, Kuancheng, Chaoyang, Jingyue and Erdao were analyzed. The results showed that the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in greenhouse increased from 10 to 15 years in Lvyuan, Kuancheng and Jingyue districts and decreased with the increase of planting years. The number of fungi The performance first decreased and then increased; the amount of soil actinomycetes in Lvyuan area tended to decrease slowly with the prolongation of planting years. The number of bacteria and actinomycetes was the highest in Kuancheng District, while the number of fungi was the highest in Kuancheng District. The numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes were lower in Luyuan district. The highest number of fungi and bacteria and actinomycetes were found in Chaoyang district. The number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in Jingyue and Erdao was between the other regions. The spatial variation of each area showed a decreasing trend with the deepening of soil layers, and the number of fungi decreased not obviously.
