为配制徐州市某重点高架工程C50钢纤维混凝土,采用正交试验方法研究不同水胶比、掺合料掺量、钢纤维体积率及砂率对混凝土力学性能的影响。在正交试验得出的最优配合比参数下进行钢纤维掺量优化,得到满足工程设计要求的配合比。研究结果表明:钢纤维掺量从0~100kg/m~3,混凝土坍落度变化不大,扩展度逐渐降低,抗压强度略微增长,劈拉和抗折强度明显提高;水胶比0.32、掺合料掺量30%、钢纤维掺量40kg/m~3、砂率38%时,C50钢纤维混凝土各项性能指标满足工程设计及规范要求。
In order to prepare C50 steel fiber reinforced concrete of a key elevated project in Xuzhou City, orthogonal experiment was used to study the effects of different water / cement ratio, admixture content, steel fiber volume fraction and sand ratio on the mechanical properties of concrete. The steel fiber content was optimized under the optimum mixing ratio parameters obtained by orthogonal experiment, and the compounding ratio was obtained to meet the engineering design requirements. The results show that the compressive strength increases slightly and the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength increase obviously with the increase of steel fiber content from 0 ~ 100kg / m ~ 3, When the content of admixture is 30%, the content of steel fiber is 40kg / m ~ 3 and the rate of sand is 38%, the performance indexes of C50 steel fiber concrete meet the engineering design and specification requirements.
