2011年深圳市人民政府提出了国际化城市建设的发展目标。城市国际化建设不仅需要硬件设施的完善,更加需要良好的公共文明水平作为城市形象与综合实力的背书。本文分析了国际化城市对公共文明建设提出的要求,指出现有的公共文明指数测评体系的优势与不足。在国际化城市建设视野下,重新界定了公共文明的内涵以及公共文明测评的六个具体维度。
In 2011, Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government proposed the development goal of internationalized city construction. The internationalization of cities not only requires the improvement of hardware facilities, but also requires a good level of public civilization as an endorsement of the city’s image and overall strength. This paper analyzes the requirements of international cities for the construction of public civilization and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing public civilization index evaluation system. Under the vision of internationalized urban construction, the connotation of public civilization and the six specific dimensions of public civilization assessment are redefined.
