传统教学模式使地方本科院校财务管理毕业生的知识技能与社会需求脱节,造成就业困难,提高就业率的方法在于进行财务管理专业应用型人才培养模式改革。本文以人才培养方案改革为核心,以“双师型”教师培养改革为桥梁,教学模式改革为实施手段探讨如何通过校企合作进行地方本科院校财务管理应用型人才培养模式改革,重点在对教学模式改革的探讨和创新。
The traditional teaching mode makes the knowledge and skills of financial management graduates in local undergraduates out of touch with social needs, resulting in employment difficulties and increasing the employment rate by reforming the training mode of applied talents of financial management major.
