目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术矫治高度近视散光的有效性和预测性。方法 采用 L ASIK,对 38例 (5 4只眼 )高度近视散光患者进行治疗。结果 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视散光具有较好的准确性及预测性 ,但矫治存在其自身特点。结论 改进激光治疗程序、设计合理的矫治量、以及提高手术技巧 ,有助于进一步改善其预测性及准确性
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and predictability of laser in situ keratomileusis for correction of high myopia astigmatism. Methods 38 patients (54 eyes) with high myopic astigmatism were treated with LASIK. Results Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for the treatment of high myopia astigmatism has good accuracy and predictability, but orthodontic treatment has its own characteristics. Conclusion Improving laser procedures, designing a reasonable amount of orthodontics, and improving surgical skills help to further improve predictability and accuracy
