采用深孔预裂爆破技术在五阳煤矿深部煤层地质复杂区域进行了试验研究,对瓦斯抽采效果进行了考察并确定出了深孔预裂爆破影响半径。实施深孔预裂爆破后,煤层瓦斯抽采浓度增加1.28~1.87倍,瓦斯抽采纯量增加1.43~3倍,确定的深孔预裂爆破影响半径为5 m,最佳抽采半径为3~5 m。说明深孔预裂爆破技术在煤体内形成了较大范围的连通裂隙网,提高了深部地质复杂区域煤层透气性。
Deep hole presplit blasting technique was used to test the deep coal seams in Wuyang coal mine. The effect of gas drainage was investigated and the influence radius of presplit blasting was determined. After the deep-hole presplitting blasting, the concentration of gas drainage in coal seam increases by 1.28-1.87 times and the pure gas drainage volume increases by 1.43-3 times. The influence radius of pre-cracking by deep-hole presplitting is 5 m and the optimum extraction radius is 3 ~ 5 m. It shows that the deep-hole presplitting blasting technology forms a large range of interconnected fracture network in the coal body and improves the permeability of the coal seam in the deep geological complex area.
