测量了正常热处理后20MnNiMo钢(反应堆压力容器用)原奥氏体晶粒及贝氏体束区的尺寸,并讨论了其控制因素。结果表明,低的铝含量会造成严重的混晶组织,快速冷却可使贝氏体束区细化,为使晶粒进一步细化可采用临界区热处理。
The size of the original austenite grain and bainite zone of 20MnNiMo steel (reactor pressure vessel) after normal heat treatment was measured and its controlling factors were discussed. The results show that the low content of aluminum can cause severe mixed crystal structure. The rapid cooling can refine the bainite beam area and the critical area heat treatment can be used to further refine the grain size.
