随着社会的不断发展,我国同世界各国之间的交流越来越频繁。不仅是个人观念需要及时的更新,对于企业来说也需要确立自身的价值观才能在激烈的市场竞争中赢得更多的机遇,确保自身不容易受到外界环境的影响。针对我国的实际情况,若是能够将社会主义核心价值观融入到企业文化建设之中,那么将会有利于企业的健康发展。因此,对于企业文化建设,应将社会主义核心价值观摆在核心位置,使之贯穿于企业规章制度和日常行为的各个层面。因此,本文主要从社会主义核心价值观与企业文化如何有效结合展开讨论,针对存在的一些问题提出一些自己的观点。
With the continuous development of society, the exchanges between our country and other countries in the world have become more frequent. Not only personal concepts need timely updates, but also need to establish their own values for enterprises in order to win more opportunities in the fierce market competition and ensure that they are not easily affected by the external environment. According to the actual situation in our country, if we can integrate the socialist core values into the corporate culture, then it will be conducive to the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, for the building of enterprise culture, the core values of socialism should be put at the core position so that it will permeate all levels of corporate rules and regulations and daily behaviors. Therefore, this article mainly discusses how to effectively combine the socialist core values and corporate culture, and puts forward some opinions on some existing problems.
