目的 :探讨补肾疏肝、调补冲任的中药复方更年乐治疗更年期综合征的作用机理。方法 :建造 SD大鼠自然更年期模型 ,将其分为更年期模型组与治疗组 ,另选大鼠作为青年对照组 ,分别给予生理盐水和更年乐煎剂灌胃处理。测定下丘脑单胺类神经递质、雌激素和促性腺激素以及白细胞介素 -2 ,并做卵巢和胸腺的组织形态学观察。结果 :(1)调节植物神经功能 ,使下丘脑单胺类神经递质的水平恢复正常 ;(2 )调节生殖内分泌系统 ,使 E2 、F SH及 LH恢复正常水平 ;(3 )提高低下的免疫功能 ,使血清 IL-2水平明显升高 ,胸腺萎缩程度有所缓解。结论 :中药复方更年乐通过调节紊乱的植物神经功能、失调的生殖内分泌系统和提高低下的免疫功能 ,多层次、多途径、多环节地作用于更年期衰退的神经内分泌免疫网络 ,从而起到稳定机体内环境 ,缓解更年期症状的作用
Objective : To explore the mechanism of the treatment of menopausal syndrome by Chinese traditional medicine compound Gengnianle, which consists of tonifying the kidney and resolving the liver and regulating tonic. METHODS: SD rats were enrolled in the natural menopause model and divided into the menopausal model group and the treatment group. The other rats were selected as the young control group. The rats were given intragastric administration of normal saline and Gengnianle decoction. Hypothalamic monoamine neurotransmitters, estrogen and gonadotropin, and interleukin-2 were measured and histomorphological observations of the ovaries and thymus were performed. Results: (1) Regulate the function of autonomic nerves, normalize the levels of hypothalamic monoamine neurotransmitters; (2) Regulate the reproductive endocrine system to restore normal levels of E2, FSH, and LH; (3) Improve low-level immunity Function, serum IL-2 levels increased significantly, the degree of thymus atrophy has eased. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine compound Nuannianle can stabilize the neuroendocrine-immune network of menopause by regulating the autonomic nervous system dysfunction, dysregulated reproductive and endocrine system, and low immune function.
