对单基因型和多基因型搭配组合的11种处理进行了研究。结果表明:基因型搭配较单基因型增产显著,搭配类型以尖叶和阔叶类型较为理想,但不是任何两种基因型搭配均比单基因型增产,这与品种的生理生化特性有关;搭配后叶面积、干物质积累量、中上部叶重明显提高,植株生长健壮;盛花期应保持较高的叶面积系数(LAI=4),鲜重/干重比值在5.2~5.5之间较为适宜,为一高产生理指标;相关分析表明,与产量相关密切的性状有: 茎粗、鲜重、干重、上部叶重、叶面积指数,相关不显著。
Eleven treatments for the combination of single and multiple genotypes were studied. The results showed that the genotypes were significantly higher than those of the single genotypes, and the combinations of the two genotypes were more suitable than the single genotypes, which was related to the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the breeds. Leaf area, dry matter accumulation, middle and upper leaf weight obviously increased, and the plant grew robustly. The leaf area index (LAI = 4) should be kept at full flowering stage and the ratio of fresh weight to dry weight was between 5.2 and 5.5 , Which was a high-yielding physiological index. Correlation analysis showed that the traits closely related to yield were stem diameter, fresh weight, dry weight, upper leaf weight and leaf area index, but the correlation was not significant.
