本文报道了DTPA和811对大白鼠体内钪-46的促排效果。结果表明,注射811、DTPA组大鼠使钪-46的排除途径排除量和生物半排期发生明显变化。使钪-46随粪便排除为主改变为随尿排除为主,与对照组比较,811、DTPA使钪-46的生物半排除期快排除相均缩短2.40天(对照组为4.3天),中排除相分别缩短2.77天和4.90天(对照组为9.40天),而慢排除相分别延长7.60天和8.60天(对照组为18天)。以上证明,811和DTPA早期肌肉注射对大白鼠作体内钪-46有较好的促排用,且DTPA-Ca优于811。
This article reports the effect of DTPA and 811 on the pro-scavenging effect of technetium-46 in rats. The results showed that the rats in injection group 811 and DTPA significantly changed the exclusion amount and biological half-life of excretory-46.钪-46 was mainly changed from fecal exclusion to urinary excretion. Compared with the control group, 811 and DTPA reduced the bio-half exclusion period of 钪-46 by 2.40 days (4.3 days for the control group). The exclusion phase was shortened by 2.77 days and 4.90 days, respectively (control group was 9.40 days), while the slow exclusion phase was extended by 7.60 days and 8.60 days, respectively (control group was 18 days). The above proves that the early intramuscular injection of 811 and DTPA has a better propulsion effect in vivo for pupae-46 in rats, and DTPA-Ca is superior to 811.
