搭建了一个简易的超声清洗系统,对SiCp进行了7种预处理工艺试验,得出SiCp经超声清洗处理、高温焙烧氧化、预热保温是较优的预处理工艺。结果表明,超声的超高温、高压可以清洗掉颗粒表面的微细粉末;高温焙烧促进反应性润湿的发生;保温避免二次吸附。因表面颗粒吸附等原因,仅通过高温焙烧不能改善颗粒与熔体的润湿。超声清洗60min后SiCp表面已基本无小颗粒吸附。
A simple ultrasonic cleaning system was set up to test SiCp for seven pretreatment processes. It was concluded that SiCp was cleaned by ultrasonic wave, calcined at high temperature and preheated and pretreated. The results show that ultrasonic ultra-high temperature and high pressure can wash away the fine powder particles on the surface; high temperature roasting to promote the occurrence of reactive wetting; insulation to avoid secondary adsorption. Due to surface particle adsorption and other reasons, only by high temperature roasting can not improve the wetting of particles and melt. Ultrasonic cleaning 60min SiCp surface has basically no small particles adsorption.
