采矿工业对自动化、遥控以及机器人技术的应用远比一般工业部门差。原因是:工作环境差、作业条件困难以及对新型矿山设备的投资一般来说兴趣不高。本文作者及其雇员从事高级的采矿和井下建筑设备的开发研究工作。把这种设备设计成遥控操纵,以便提高生产率并保证工作安全。许多这类机械应用了先进的电子技术和机器人技术。本文所讨论的机械类型包括:遥控的竖井覆衬和定位装置、遥控的采掘设备,以及自动控制的输送机系统。
The mining industry’s use of automation, remote control, and robotics is far less than the average industrial sector. The reasons are: poor working conditions, difficult working conditions and low interest in investing in new mining equipment in general. The author and his employees are engaged in the research and development of advanced mining and underground construction equipment. The device is designed to operate remotely to increase productivity and ensure work safety. Many of these machines use advanced electronics and robotics. The types of machinery discussed in this article include: remotely controlled shaft lining and positioning devices, remotely controlled extractive equipment, and automatically controlled conveyor systems.
