患者30岁,住院号8926。五年前发现右侧外阴部有蚕豆大包块突出,无疼痛,一年后足月顺产一胎,产后包块逐渐增至鸡卵大,并疼痛有下坠感。某医院以闭孔疝经阴部途径修补,术后半年复发,局部疼痛尤以经期为剧,下腹坠胀,子1986年9月22日入院。入院检查:右侧大阴唇下方相当阴道口外7点外绿之会阴部,可见2×1.5×1cm 突出包块,表面光滑,质软,有压痛,可还纳,平卧时包块缩小。阴道检查:阴道右侧未触及包块,但在肛提肌深部感到较软
