采用高效液相色谱法测定40%嘧霉·异菌脲悬浮剂中嘧霉胺和异菌脲的质量分数,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+0.3%冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,用外标法进行分析和定量。结果表明,嘧霉胺和异菌脲的线性相关系数分别为0.999 2和0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.12、0.14,变异系数分别为0.79%、0.56%,平均回收率分别为99.42%、99.23%。
The mass fraction of pyrimethanil and iprodione in 40% azoxystrobin suspension was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with C18 reversed-phase column and UV-vis detector with acetonitrile + 0.3% aqueous glacial acetic acid As mobile phase, with external standard method for analysis and quantification. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of pyrimethanil and iprodione were 0.999 2 and 0.999 5, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.12 and 0.14, respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.79% and 0.56% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.42% and 99.23% .
