在工程实践中,人们经常会遇到弹性体的振动控制问题,以及由此而产生的噪声控制问题。这类振动和噪声具有宽频带的特点,即有多个共振峰存在。为了有效地抑制这类宽频振动,六十年代后,粘弹阻尼技术得到了极为迅速的发展。各种附加阻尼结构,作为一种高效价廉,简便的振动控制手段,在各种机械结构上,获得了广泛的应用。在纺织业中,织机的噪声主要源于打击件的振动,其中打梭棒是个很强的声源,它对整机的高频噪声,有相当大的影响。因此,抑制打梭棒的振动,以降低织机的噪声,具有实际的社会意义和经济效益。
In engineering practice, people often encounter vibration control problems of the elastomer and the resulting noise control problems. This type of vibration and noise is characterized by a wide frequency band, that is, there are multiple resonant peaks. In order to effectively suppress such wide-band vibrations, visco-elastic damping technology has developed extremely rapidly since the 1960s. A variety of additional damping structures, as a highly efficient and inexpensive vibration control method, have been widely used in various mechanical structures. In the textile industry, the loom’s noise is mainly due to the vibration of the striker, which is a strong source of sound, and it has a considerable impact on the overall high-frequency noise. Therefore, suppressing the vibration of the shuttle bar to reduce the noise of the loom has practical social and economic benefits.
