由清华大学无线电电子学系研究设计,由国外加工制做的数字通信用大规模集成电路THMT001A、THMR001最近试制成功,目前已批量投产。THMT001A、THMR001可用于光纤、微波数字通信系统的二、三次群数字复接设备。它将二、三次群数字复接设备的全部逻辑电路集成在两个芯片中,实现了系统集成化,共集成度达到目前国外最新产品水平。使用这两个集成片(THMT001A用于复接端,THMR001用于去复接端),加上必要的外围模拟接口电路,即构成二次群或三次群数字复接设备。采用该集成片后,传统的二、三次群复接设备(通常由10块板和一个机框组成)可变成一块板的单盘,从而大大减小体积,降低了成本和功耗,提高了稳定可靠性。
