本文简要介绍了用NRL落锤试验测得的NDT温度的工程意义,对此方法用于回火脆化敏感钢材的适应性和取样部位对NDT温度的影响进行了论述;就脆性焊道用堆127焊条,纵横向取样,试样型式等对NDT温度的影响进行了试验研究。并提出了一些看法。
This article briefly introduces the engineering significance of the NDT temperature measured by the NRL drop hammer test, discusses the adaptability of this method for the tempering embrittlement sensitive steel and the influence of the sampling location on the NDT temperature. 127 electrodes, vertical and horizontal sampling, sample type NDT temperature on the impact of the experimental study. And put forward some views.
