应用定量细胞化学观察经γ线全身照射后小鼠淋巴结1,500个B细胞光密度特性的改变,结果如下:100rad照射后,总光密度频数图上高斯成分数即见减少,经500及1,000rad照射后,频数图上仅存有一种高斯成分;低于500rad照射后,未见细胞相对面积频数图上成分数的改变,仅在1,000rad照射后才出现减少。分析两种频数图峰位移动的情况,可看出100rad照射后峰值出现右移,而大于500rad照射后明显左移。上述结果表明,经γ线照射后小鼠淋巴结具有不同光密度特性的B细胞所显示出的辐射敏感性可能与处于不同分化阶段的B细胞亚类有关。
Quantitative cytochemistry was used to observe changes in the optical density characteristics of 1,500 B cells in the lymph nodes of mice after whole-body irradiation with gamma rays. The results are as follows: After 100 rad irradiation, the number of Gauss components on the total optical frequency graph is reduced, and the results are shown by 500 and 1,000 rad. After that, there was only one kind of Gaussian component on the frequency diagram; after irradiation below 500rad, no change in the number of components on the cell relative area frequency diagram was observed, and it only appeared after 1,000rad irradiation. Analysis of the shift of the peak positions of the two frequency diagrams shows that there is a right shift after 100 rad irradiation and a shift to the left after irradiation of more than 500 rad. The above results indicate that the radiosensitivity exhibited by B-cells with different optical density characteristics of the mouse lymph nodes after γ-irradiation may be related to the B cell subsets at different stages of differentiation.
