随着我国城市化水平的不断提高,以及越来越多的人涌向城市,我国建筑物的发展越来越趋向于向高层建筑的方向发展,而现代高层建筑具有体型复杂、功能多样、造型新颖等特点。但是因为高层建筑结构上部楼层受力较小,而下部楼层却受力很大,而一般建筑物结构布置应是下部刚度大、墙体多、柱网密,而到上部则逐渐减少墙体及柱的布置,以扩大柱网。为了适应高层建筑物功能的变化,就必须在结构转换的楼层设置水平转换构件,即转换层结构。本文针对高层建筑物转换层施工技术进行详细的分析,并总结出一些相应的措施来加强其施工技术的发展。
