一种“生吃”的时尚在餐桌上渐渐流行,生吃的首先是蔬菜,其次是鱼。生鱼片价格昂贵,但还是吸引了不少人。生吃,可以原汁原味地保留食品的营养,尤其是食品的维生素免遭破坏。营养研究人员认为,凡是能生吃的蔬菜,最好生吃;不能生吃的蔬菜,也不要炒得太熟,尽量减少维生素的损失。
