1.文冠果国家标准中文冠果种子生活力测定方法规定“用浓硫酸浸泡3小时,洗净,再用40℃温水浸种2日”即可剥开种皮取胚。但多次试验结果证明:文冠果用试剂门市部出售的浓硫酸浸泡(浓度95~98%),最多浸泡2小时,外壳即变红、蚀烂、胚萎缩而死亡。如果浸泡时间过短,则种壳依旧很坚硬,适宜的浸泡时间不好掌握。通过多次反复试验,摸索出一种简便易行、花钱少,而又能保证生活力及测定结果准确性的方法。具体做法是;用45~60℃温水浸泡3~4天,每天换水两次,待种粒泡胀后,用牙轻轻咬破一点种皮,或用小刀挑破一个小口,
