本文用普通光镜及电镜,详细观察了无铈钢、含铈钢中粒状贝氏体的形成过程、组织形貌及精细结构。所得结果在形貌学上支持了粒状贝氏体的上贝氏体转变说,但在较高温度下形成的“粒贝”除以贝氏体转变机制转变外,可能还有扩散性转变机制起作用,这在无铈钢中表现明显。
In this paper, with ordinary light microscope and electron microscope, the formation process, microstructure and fine structure of granular bainite in cerium-free steel and cerium-containing steel were observed in detail. The results obtained are morphologically supported by the upper bainite transformation of granular bainite, but at higher temperatures the formation of “shellfish ” is divided by the transformation of bainite transformation mechanism, there may be diffusivity The conversion mechanism works, which is evident in cerium-free steels.
