近日,胡锦涛总书记提出了“八荣八耻”的社会主义荣辱观,得到了全国人民的一致响应。在建设节约型社会、实践“八荣八耻”的行动中,我们做得很不够,特别是坚持“以艰苦奋斗为荣,以骄奢淫逸为耻”没有在各级部门、单位得到很好地贯彻执行,“三公消费”盛行,这一行为已严重到了非刹不可的地步了。
