“诚信危机”的呼声日益高涨,这与讲究信用的市场经济是不相吻合的。究其原因,我们发现中国传统的诚信观陷于一种个人修养的纯道德,而社会主义市场经济条件下需要的诚信已超越了纯道德的范畴,是一种有外部规则保障的公德诚信。公德诚信是一种相对方是社会公众的诚信,有其自身的特点。建立社会公德诚信体系是缓解当前“诚信危机”的根本举措。 The growing popularity of the “crisis of good faith” is not in line with the market economy that emphasizes credit. For the reason, we find that the traditional Chinese concept of honesty is trapped in a kind of pure morality of self-cultivation. However, the integrity required under the conditions of a socialist market economy has surpassed the category of pure morality and is a kind of moral integrity based on external rules. Ethical integrity is an opposite party is the integrity of the public, has its own characteristics. Establishing a system of good faith in social morality is the fundamental measure to ease the current “crisis of good faith.”
