近年来 ,细胞因子及其网络在狼疮肾炎 (LN)发病机制中的作用已得到人们越来越多的重视。同健康正常人群相比较 ,LN患者存在多种细胞因子的异常变化 ;而其变化谱又不同于其他自身免疫性疾病 (如类风湿关节炎 ) ,更重要的是 ,细胞因子的变化还与LN患者的不同临床表现相关联 [1] In recent years, the role of cytokines and their network in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis (LN) has gained more and more attention.
