带有xa-5,Xa-7抗性基因的DV_(85),DV_(86),DZ_(78)三个高抗水稻白叶枯病品种的衍生系统TN_1/DV_(85),TN_1/DV_(86),TN_1/DZ_(78),仍保持了对水稻白叶枯病的高度抵抗性。但株高、株型以及结实率等方面都有了较大的改善,试验以这三个中间抗源的株系107个为父本,与三个丰产性状较好而抗性较差的品种为母本,配制杂交组合107个,分别于1983、1984年用水稻白叶枯病KS-6-6菌株于成株期剪叶法接种P_1,P_2,F_1与部分F_2系统,根据不同组合所反映的病情差异表明:不同衍生系统的中间抗源其抗病性的转育效应是有明显差异的,由TN_1/DV_(85)衍生的中间抗源一般具有较强的转育效应,这种转育效果同时也受到受体亲本的遗传背景影响。
