在现代社会中,文化产业在一定程度上已经成为文化流动的基本形式。十八届三中全会《中共中央关于全面深化改革重大问题的决定》明确提出,要坚持政府主导、企业主体、市场运作、社会参与,扩大对外文化交流,推动中华文化走向世界。以这一战略思想为指导,对北京、上海、深圳这三大国内主要城市的文化产业和对外文化贸易的发展现状和竞争态势作了对比分析,并针对其各自存在的短板提出了相应的发展对策。
In modern society, the cultural industry has to some extent become the basic form of cultural mobility. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee’s “Decision on Major Issues of Deepening Reform” clearly states that it is necessary to adhere to the principle of “government-led, business-oriented, market-oriented and social participation”, expand foreign cultural exchanges and promote Chinese culture to the world. Taking this strategic thinking as guidance, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation and the competitive situation of the cultural industries and foreign cultural and trade in the three major cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for their respective shortcomings Development Strategy.
