目的研究二硫化碳(CS2)对作业工人血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的影响。方法选择某化纤厂长丝车间作业工人2624名和376名非CS2暴露人员作为研究对象,测定血清中TC、TG水平,按不同工龄组、性别分析其水平及异常率的差异。结果接触组TC水平、异常率在11~20和>20a工龄段男女均明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);各工龄组内性别间TG水平除对照组≤10a工龄组外,其他各组均男性高于女性(P<0.01);性别间TC水平在接触组≤10和11~20a,对照组11~20a工龄段男性高于女性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。组间比较,男性2组TG水平随工龄增加逐渐增高(P<0.01),女性TC水平2组均随工龄增加而呈增高的趋势(P<0.05)。结论提示CS2可干扰脂质代谢,影响机体的血脂水平,对TC水平升高的影响尤为明显。
Objective To study the effect of carbon disulfide (CS2) on serum cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in workers. Methods Totally 2624 workers and 376 non-CS2 exposed workers in a filament workshop of a chemical fiber factory were selected as research objects. The levels of TC and TG in serum were determined, and their differences in levels and abnormalities were analyzed according to different age groups and sex. Results The levels of TC in the contact group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05). The TG levels of the sex workers in each age group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). The level of TC among the sexes in the contact group was less than 10 and 11 to 20 years, while in the control group, the male to female workers in the 11 to 20 years were higher than the female (P <0.01, P <0.05). The TG levels of two groups increased gradually with the increase of seniority (P <0.01). The TC level of two groups increased with the increase of seniority (P <0.05). Conclusions CS2 can interfere with lipid metabolism, affecting the body's blood lipid levels, the impact of elevated TC is particularly evident.
